An inverted Martini, our bartender adds that secret ingredient that transforms this cocktail from good to great: Wasabi. No, that’s not a typo. Wasabi in a cocktail – and Yes, the kind you place directly on the sashimi. It is weirdly delicious–nicely acidic with just a bit of heat – the kind of heat that hits the nose, not really the mouth.
